Notes:
The Bartlett collection of angling books was presented to Harvard College Library in 1892 when it numbered 1014 books and 269 pamphlets. A catalogue of the collection had been printed (for Bartlett, presumably) in Cambridge, MA, in 1882, with a supplement in 1886. Louise Rankin Albee, a member of the Library staff, combined the collection with the Library's existing holdings on angling, producing this catalogue in 1896. A valuable reference with some useful annotation.
