Notes: A detailed account of hundreds of models, paintings and carvings of fish, mostly in the USA but also in Norway, Finland, the UK and elsewhere. Most of the effigies seem to be commemorative, but a proportion of entries were made as advertising or art. Introduction by Michael D. Hall. 500 copies of this edition were produced, each numbered and signed. Prior to this, 100 perfect-bound copies were produced for private distribution, and a note on the final page promises "A limited edition will be produced at a later date".
