Notes: In this book, John Bezzant addresses the question of extending the airgun shooter's range to 45 yards. His method is to recommend the use of "the most sophisticated equipment and ...many hundreds of hours on the practice range..." There is, therefore, lots of advice on telescopic sights, pellets (Bezzant prefers .20), and marksmanship. Whilst this book contains much of use, at times one gets the feeling that the author is struggling to find material. The pages of photographs of weight-lifting exercises could usefully have been omitted, for instance, whilst light editing of the text to tighten the style up would not have been out of place.
