Until the end of 1986 this was published six times a year as the F.D.G. newsletter, since then it has been published quarterly as "Flydresser". The subtitle changed several times over the years however for the sake of simplicity and order we have catalogued all of our copies with the original subtitle. A great source of new patterns and information with good articles by many well-known names. Contents of this issue, aside from the regular reviews, branch news and editorials, include:- Shoestring classics by Paul Little; Classic woven patterns by Ian Middleton; Kilbarry shrimp by Doug Lock; Increase the durability of your fly heads by A. Sipson; Half cut by Donald Downs; Fly dressing thoughts by David Fynsong; Trust me, I'm an expert by Pat Kerley; Fore or aft by Terry Griffiths; Micro wings made easy by George Hopkins; Reviews; Ducking the issue by Roger S.D. Smith; Tying 21st century patterns by Ian Henderson; Wrights Royal by Ray Burkhart; Peacock eye nymph by David Mason.
