This is an interesting discussion of all aspects of flyfishing as practised at the turn of the Twentieth Century. This edition includes a short chapter on saltwater flyfishing (introduced in the third edition) "believing that when it becomes more known, many votaries of the fly-rod will turn their attention to it. The gilt-decorated cloth binding of this, the fourth edition, carries the name of publisher, Effingham Wilson and Co., London, while the title-page would seem to indicate that it is published by the author.
