A good introduction to game and rough shooting. This is a copy of the first edition, dated 1924 at the end of the preface and with the author billed as the Shooting Editor of "The Field" on the title-page. We have also seen copies of a later first edition reprint which bills the author as the Editor-in-Chief of "The Field" and removes the 1924 date from the end of the preface.
