All round introduction to flyfishing with many good photographs: "tackle, casting techniques, fish feeding habits and habitats and fly selection". Includes a chapter on fly-dressing and another with photos and recipes for sixty popular flies. This book has been reprinted many times by several different publishers. This edition, published by New Burlington Books, carries only the original copyright date of 1988 but is probably a later, though quite early, reprint.
