This is the expanded and improved Spanish version. "Fishes and other fauna of the Mediterranean coasts. A manual for biologists and friends of Nature". A very thorough manual of Mediterranean sea life, with exceptionally good photographs and illustrations. Much to be recommended. English and Italian versions of the German original were also produced, all three being only two-thirds of the length of this Spanish edition. Text in straightforward Spanish.
