This is actually a re-issue of the first edition. A and C Black sold unbound sheets of the first edition to Jonathan Cape. (Cave). Cape added illustrations by C.F. Tunnicliffe, all on their three new preliminary leaves, and coloured pictorial end-papers. This is trimmed a little smaller than the first edition.
