A good introduction to freshwater lure fishing written by acknowledged experts in the field. Whilst lures and lure fishing tackle have moved on considerably in the years since this book was published, the basic techniques have remained pretty much the same. This remains a very useful title for the modern lure angler. Fred J. Taylor and Dave Steuart have contributed chapters on lure fishing for trout, salmon and sea trout and the foreword is by Martin Gay.
