This new Meadow Run Press edition, despite a fancy binding, does not state that it is a "limited edition," and omits the bibliography of the first MRP edition. The foreword by Thomas McGuane and preface by Lefty Kreh of previous editions have been replaced by a new foreword by Tosh Brown. Preliminary pages are unnumbered and the pagination of this reprint begins at 7.
