TINCA TINCA: STORIES AND REFLECTIONS ABOUT TENCH AND TENCH FISHING. By The Tenchfishers. Edited by Phil Jackson. De luxe leather-bound edition.

2013 1st edition. 4to (195 x 245mm). Pp372. Colour and b/w photographs and illustrations throughout. Green cloth-bound, suede-lined slipcase. De luxe leather-bound edition limited to 50 copies only.

Similar in design and content to the Perchfishers' book, The Biggest Fish of All, from the same publisher. Tinca Tinca is a superb look at the modern tench fishing scene and techniques. The book consists of articles by a great number of Tenchfishers members covering a wide variety of methods and venues all around the UK and Ireland. Beautifully designed and produced by Stephen Harper. One thousand five hundred copies of the standard edition were printed and five hundred of those were sold on the day of the launch. This is a copy of the handsomely produced de luxe leather-bound edition that was limited to 50 copies only. An essential book for any tench fishing and indeed coarse angling library.
