William White of Crickhowell in South Wales was a serious collector of angling books and his bibliography of 33 angling books, though unpublished at that time, pre-dates that of Sir Henry Ellis in 1811. It was reproduced in "The Angler's Garland and Fisher's Delight for 1871," and a transcript and facsimile are are included in this monograph.
